Trump's administration determined, these last months, tariffs between USA and the countries of the whole world, at different percentages. From August 29th 2025, the de minimis exemption (order value < 800 dollars = free duty) does not apply anymore. Every single of your orders, whatever the country you are importing from, will now be subjected to importation taxes, those depending from one country/region to another, and depending from he ORIGIN of the product, not from the brand's one. Titanium Foxes is a French brand, but the products are manufactured in China >>> China's tariff, which is 30% ad valorem. But before this takes place, there will be a same value flat tax whatever the origin anyway, during 6 months.
What this means if you order from us :

For 6 month, there will be that "flat" tax of 200 dollars per package, even per item maybe,

After 6 month, your package will be taxed at a 30% rate ad valorem, this meaning the value of your package (items + maybe shipping costs) + 30% of that value.
We won't ship anything for these first six month.
We will open orders again after that period, probably with the possibility for you to pay taxes in advance so you are sure of what the final costs will be.

What is the meaning behind the brands name Titanium Foxes ?
It is a reference to the expression "silver foxes", greying souls, as we really would like to see more mature people be happy splashing some sparkle, some vibrance, some saturation, some COLOR on their face.
Of course our products are meant for everyone. It's just a reminder that whatever our age, fun never dies and colors are for every soul from the time we enter the world until the moment we meet dark again.
Never let any social construction make you believe your access to colors and happiness has an expiration date.
Never let anyone that fears colorful makeup convince you that being yourself is unappropriate.

> Products are conceived by our brand (palette design, color story, type of shades, textures choice...) and produced by a manufacture based in Republic of China.

> We choose from formulas that have been elaborated by our manufacture, these are not our own. However, we can ask for modifications (texture, shade, ingredients, lasting power...) if needed.

> Our products are cruelty free, and mostly vegan (not the shades containing red pigment called Carmine Cl 75470).
> Our product is ethical : mica is synthetic and produced in China.
> Manufacture production conditions have been verified and certified by third parties : as a professional manufacture, our production location obtained CGMP, ISO22716, ISO9001, and SGS certificates.
> Palettes cardboard is recycled.

> Plastic wrap and sheets are from manufacture. Package box, frizzle and paper sheets are from DS.Smith and reusable / recycled / recyclable.
